Advice on a few bikes.

Hi there
so im about to get a new bike and i don't really know much about whats good on a bike and what isn't so i was wondering if i could please have some advice on a few of the bikes i have been looking at getting. I have around about $800 to spend. these are the bikes i have been looking at:
2012 GT Avalanche 2.0

Also is there any other similar priced bikes that you would recommended? and im 15 and 6ft3 and im still going to grow a bit more so would i need i need a 21 or 22 inch frame??

Check out the Cubes.
They should be better specced for the same cash.0 -

Difficult to tell, this is a UK based site, so prices, spec etc are hard to compare, but I would go for the Avalanche of those two. Maybe marginally better forks, hydraulic brakes.I don't do smileys.

Kia ora to you as well mate. Thanks for that I had been leaning towards the avalanche. I converted the money and it came came to about 410 pounds if that helps people out.0

Not really. You could get better here for that sort of money. Much better in the USA. But NZ is quite a small market and far away from everywhere. I found bike there expensive. I used Bike Barn and bought models that were a few years old and they wanted to get rid of to fit new stock in. Last one was marked down from $1800 to $600. But it was a while back.I don't do smileys.
