Hi guys & girls i am new to the forum and would like some help and advice . I am looking to buy a new hardtail mountain bike and have narrowed the choices down to 3 different bikes, Cannondale flash carbon 3 , Specialized stumpy carbon evo, or onone carbon race xt . All are 29ers and latest 2013 models . Any thoughts on which one to go for ?
I will be using for a little commute so lockout option on front fork a good option , along with messing about on trails in woods etc. Finally i really appreciate the asthetics of a bike . I have not been riding for about 6 years , my last bike was a cannondale hardtail with a headshox cadd 5 i think , before that had a specialized rockhopper so have experience of both brands and liked them both. Seen the on one bike but don't know much about them . I have heard that the equipment you get is better value for the money and i thought they looked lovely but no other knowledge. Any advice greatly appreciated. Gavin

Thanks for the replies, penguin the issue with 2012 dale is the suspension needs more maintanance but the 2013 is an improvement without any regular care needed. Also from the fact that a lot of the main manurfactures are not offering 26 inch wheel this season seems they are on the way out0
