MTB Cleats

When recently swapping cleats (SPD) on my mtb shoes, i've managed to completely round one bolt. Any advice on how to get it out or am i going to have to purchase new shoes?

Any advice is appreciated, cheers

(I know this doesn't help now) but some people dab a little bit of silicon sealant in the recess of the cleat bolt, stopping it from corroding.
