Hi guys
Looking at the braze-on on the seat stay, and it looks like it's starting to break/crack. Should be covered under warranty, I hope.
What do you guys think

Could be. I'm just uploading a crop to get some more opinions.

It's Reynolds 520 and about 6 months old. If it is caused by flex, is this ok? I would have thought that would lead to it breaking?0 -
it's not where I'd expect it to fail if it was the metal. Is the paint brittle in other places?0

There aren't any other marks, but I do look after the bike. Any other opinions. Anyone agree with it being just the paint?0

It doesn't really look like anything and it is on the tube of the braze on not at the weld point. It looks more like a minor scratch in the paintwork but you will have a better idea in person. Is it gong to be a pain to get retailer to check the bike for peace of mind? Could get some touch up polish if it is just a small scratch.0

I'm pretty sure it's not a scratch. I'm going to keep using it and see if it gets any worse.0

Yep, looks like a paint blister/crack to me. I'd call/email Reynolds and send them your pics.Ghost Race 5000 (2011) Shimano 105 Black
