Friston Forest - Conditions please?

Good morning.

Any local Friston riders could let me know what state the place is in at the moment, looking to come over from Worthing this coming weekend but knowing this place reasonably well it rarely dry's out enough to warrant the slog over.

Your advice would be very grateful! Thanks...

    Been out today (Wednesday) and it's fine - in fact, it's good! There are a couple of sticky bits under cover, but lots of fast flowing stuff....

    That's brilliant - thanks for feeback, just what I wanted to hear!

    Do you know of a good XC loop outside the forest that we could do as well? Say something about 10 miles then we can finish the ride with the usual singletrack inside Friston?
