front fork air pressure...how low can you go?

New to using an all suspension bike and still tuning my suspension.

i have a fox float 140 front fork and i am currently running it at 65 psi. The sag seems about right but it is only using about two thirds of its travel. i keep reducing the pressure by about 5 psi every ride but i wondered if there is a pressure below which it would not be sensible to go?

i am 12.5 stone and using the bike at trail centre, mostly red routes.

the fork is still new.

i m grateful for any advice.

5 psi might be the amount you lose in attaching your gauge

How much sag are you getting?

Have you watched the fox set up videos?

yes watched all of those. The sag is about 35 mm. and the forkk seems to run fine, although it feels better having reduced the pressure. i am worried that if i go too low it will spoil the characteristics of the ride or possibly damage the fork.
    thanks

Can't damage anything all that will happen is you bottom out more often.

As the forks bed in you may find you need more air.
