hey guys what bottom bracket is better.

also my old bottom bracket states the size as 113.5mm what do i do as these are only 113mm does .5mm matter

The higher the number, the better the bottom bracket and as Nicklouse say's, 0.5mm will be fine, it's when you have a 118mm and go for a 115 or have a 115 and go for a 110 that you may have clearance issues on the cranks / swingarm that you need to worry about...

My Hollowtech II bottom bracket on my Uzzi was fine until you gave it beans and the flex in the bb mixed with a compressed swingarm meant that it skimmed it slightly. :0)

hey guys would this be a better upgrade over my truvativ isoflow chainset beacuase i also need to renew the chain and cassette so it seems a good deal considering i would spend about 50 getting a new bottom bracket chain and cassette. also would the external bb fit on my bike, i know i would have to get if faced and such.

you can get that stuff cheaper by buying from chain reaction or cheaper still buying from somewhere like rosebikes

its approxamtly the same price as rose bike also is slx £30 better than then the deore one

just worked it out rose is cheaper for the parts because of there facebook voucher. just wanted to double check that it is possible to fit an external bb to my bike? cheers

As long as you get the BB faced, yes it will fit fine.
