Issues importing .tcx files to Cyclepos Poweragent

Hi, newbie here. I have a Garmin Edge 705 paired with a Cycleops Powertap Pro hub. I want to get my .tcx files into Cycleops poweragent 7. I have set my Garmin to record every second to stop the "Variable recording" error appearing when trying to import. However, when I import to PowerAgent, by navigating to the Garmin folder on my PC, the only info on my ride that can be viewed is Power and Heart Rate. There is no speed, cadence or distance details. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what I need to do to resolve the issues?
