I normally ride Look Keo pedals and have just bought some Shimano spd's (off road) , first ride on commuting bike and seat height feels way off - does anyone know the stack height of the Keos and the spd's, cheers.

  • would also like to understand this. Am looking to duplicate similar riding setup between two bikes one with keos and one with spds...

If you've got both types yourself why not put them side by side?

Or just move your seat post 1cm and go for a test ride.
Aspire not to have more, but to be more.

can't help with the spd, but this list has the keo

bear in mind that the shoes affect stack height as well, so just knowing the pedal info isn't really enough

8.5mm speedplay zero etc. 4-hole shoe
    20.5mm Campagnolo Pro Fit Record/Chorus/Veloce
