    600m in c90 seconds is approximately 13mph. At that speed a runner would definitely get a benefit from drafting.

    Also there's not much cycling going on at the moment. Maybe we should close the forum down until the tour down under kicks off?

    So much of a benefit that it's crucial to stay with all the other runners?
