Hi all
i'm looking for a half decentish heart rate monitor for about £50. Any suggestions as to what is pretty good/rekliable for the money.I fdon't want one that registers phantom heart beats when you shake the watch while riding etc.
I know £50 is nowhere near enough to get me a top end one.Just want something simple yet reliable.
Thanks

Constantly trying to upgrade my parts. It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.

I have a sigma pc9 (I think) HRM, picked it up for 45 Euros, so probably about 40 pound or so in the UK. Came with chest strap, watch and batteries and is very good. Shows how long you are in each zone, calories burned and all the usual, and even has a bar mount included in it, so you can mount the watch on the bars to not have to wear it on your wrist.0
