Hello guys, Im doing the coast to coast next weekend over 3 days as I did last year but now ive got a nice road bike ive got the urge to plan a one day assault next year.
The route is Whitehaven to Sunderland and is 140 odd miles I think.
Has anybody here done it and what sort of time does it take?
