Wanna get out and ride with new peps in harlow essex

Hiya Guys and Girls,

Really interested in getting out and about to ride and meet new peps mountain biking. As not much fun on my tod!!!

    am in harlow essex, like all mountain biking really, just done course at woburn sands which was cool. Wanna get more confidence and try dh!

    in the mtb rides section there is a big thread of folk in essex who meet very regularly for rides, might be worth stopping by for a hello

    lala i'm down the road in north weald me and some mates normally ride over at danbury near chelmsford.
    where do you normally ride other than woburn

    woburns been the only big trial place this year so far, oh and the little woods over here by church langley/newhall!, but have done round broxbourne/ goffs oak before.

    whats danbury like? any good for jump/dh virgins?

    Yes, id also like to find some good riding spots around Harlow, Iv just moved here from Sheffield were the riding was great, essex seems a little flat.

    I guess Epping forest isnt far but iv no clue as to the best spots.

    epping forest would be fine if i could work out where i was in there lol
    danbury is brilliant for dh/jump virgins as it has so much to build up on.
    when i first went there i was braking and walking round some bombholes and obstacles now i just bomb through them.

    whats the forest like up by you ? flat ?

    yeah pretty much flat, although there is a cool tiny little wood bit by newhall with 1 or 2 jumps. its prob more for bmxers but i give it a go some sunday mornings!

    cool, let us know when your about and maybe well meet up. when i say tiny, i mean really tiny though. its fun mind!
