Between me and the Mrs the hose is a tip, looks like someone has thrown a grenade into a bikeshop
Outside the bikestand is there with hose draped over it. The white front door is covered in black knobbly tyre marks from wheeling the bikes into the house.

in a household of two cyclists we seem quite lowkey having read all this -
pile of MBUK / dirts in the lounge
a few cycling DVDs lurking amongst all the feature films
5-10 freeriders and a camelbak under the stairs
last delivery of parts (not yet fitted) sat on the dining room table
conservatory full of tools and old bike parts
cycling clothes drying on the airer in the spare room near the helmets and 661 race lites
everything else is in the garage or shed

Camelback in the kitchen and the bedroom
MucOff under the sink (cleans a few kitchen surfaces really well too!)

Old chain in the drawer under the microwave!?!
MBUK in pretty much every room in the house
Riding gloves on the kitchen table
Riding glases on the kitchen sideboard thing
Milton in the kitchen, with no baby bottles to be found
Even bigger pile of nasty, filthy Vans in the garage and porch.
Entire floorspace of garage filled with over 15 year's worth of "it might come in useful some day" bike parts.0 -

as for the OP;
.... nowt more than bikes. Had an erstwhile friend round once who, after "taking the tour", (ie; going to the loo) turned to me and said very quetly "there's bikes EVERYWHERE". Soon after that Mrs B started making me move the less regularly used ones into the basement ... now we're even; 3 each in the flatEverything in moderation ... except beer

I'm going to be really boring here, sorry.......
All my gear and bikes reside in my garage and all my tools are in a mechanic style tool cabinet. My cleaning agents are lined along a shelf and below them are all my lubes and oils. I have a dedicated bench with plastic containers and holders for all the fiddly bits and spares.
In my bedroom I have a large sliding wardrobe where I keep my full-face helmet, XC helmet and pisspot style lid on a shelf at the top along with my Camelback (well, before I mistakenly threw my Camelback away).
Under the stairs I have my biking trainers and my Shimano SPD's.
My Avid bleed kit did sit in the lounge for a few weeks and I have about 30 copies of MBUK beside my bed.....ROCK AND ROLL If it aint broke, dont fix it. Wait, there's 1 exception...unless it can be pimped up in anyway.0 -
currently my room has three scott promotional banners, a lefty front wheel which doubles as a tie rack, many many many inner tubes and tyres a camelback stuffed ready to go at a moments notice with a spare empty bladde, two helmets and the inbred WIP hang from the picture rails on a 4m by 5m room with patio doors.
Visible bike stuff not hanging on the walls neatly
3 ridable bikes, a clean and a dirty mound of riding gear, several cans of gt85, and various fabric reproofers, a greasegun, umpteen lights, bottle cages, rolled up tyres, a double bed half full of tools, big syringes for bleeding, locks, socket set, driver bit set, a whole shelving unit of parts and bits in boxes, three sets of bars and stems, track pump, huge piles of mags under the bed, two heartrate monitors, digital tyre pressure gauge.
That's what i can see from the desk...0 -

Most of the stuff is in my bedroom but:
oily rags in the conservatory
usually a CRC jiffy bag or similar waiting for me next to the door
mud all over the floors
fast forward to my bedroom:
bike rucksack on the floor
MBUK on my bed
bike posters on my walls
lots of tools scattered about the place
the occasonal bike part lying around
draw full of bike parts and tools
various empty CRC jiffy bags/boxes etc
My bedroom is basically a cross between a band practice room, a recording studio and a bike workshop with a bed thrown in there! 0 -
couple of bikes in the utility room,
several more in the garage (although i'm unsure as to the exact number as they're mostly in pieces)

old innertubes lying around the back garden (can never find a new innertube though
)
