I'm hoping for opinions/advice regarding my next project,
I'm hoping to build a bike that'll take some abuse, I'm 6' tall and about 18stone, I want to build a bike around something like an on-one 456, it's a relatively cheap frame that gets good reviews etc, I aim to do some general cross country but want a bike that'll take the knocks, (although I've considered the 456 I'm open to other frame suggestions), the big question is regarding the suspension fork, This bike will get some abuse on reasonably rough trails, I would like about 5' of travel, like most people I want the best quality for the cheapest prices, with budget in mind please suggest any forks suitable for the job

I'm 6'4" and about 19 stone, currently running a Kona Hoss Deluxe with Dual Air U - Turn Revs.

Other than that I think you're into something like a Cove stifee or the like...
