so omega 3/cod liver oil makes blood thinner/less sticky or flow smoother/faster as it gets rid off gung (cant thing of the word) in your artery.

higher cadnce puts more effort on the heart/lungs insted of the legs.

so smother/efficent blood flow makes greater endurence

but if you are a moral retard with no care for the sport and take EPO doesn't it make your blood thicker and that makes you faster, until you die.

so is there any scince in this idea and will it make me faster.

p.s sorry to mention the dreadful topic of EPO :!:

EPO produces more red blood cells, therefore providing muscles with oxygen quicker, and in turn slows down the lactic build up by keeping them in an aerobic state.

Omega3 fatty acids just make the blood flow smoother and therefore stop clots building up etc, they don't help produce more red cells.

In answer to your question "will it make me faster"... Possiblity that it may make you minimally faster due to the blood flow being quicker/smoother, but nothing noticeable.
