Anybody know what is going on for 2009?
Web site suggests that 2008 was carnage with gun shots and threats from motorists hence a move to Hawes from Otley. Also states June will be quieter than July?
I thought the previous three were superb. No details about entries as yet.

    Suffice to say that this thread could open a can of worms again, but anyway, there sare now 2 White Rose rides for different reasons.

    By the way, I can't recall gun shots last year, and no threats from any motorists.

    The White Rose Classic will be taking place on the 19th July with three routes based on a more Northerly format than for the last three years, This enables climbs such as Park Rash and Buttertubs to be included. The event is to be organised by Kudu Bikes under an Agreement with BC who will continue with active support to the event. The website and online entries wil be launched soon.
