Roast Lamb for me - followed by chocloate fudge cake. Probably not the best idea as I have a water polo final tomorrow, but hey - you only live once!"Melancholy is incompatible with bicycling." ~James E. Starrs0

Sodding buggers the lot of you!
Yesterday was declared a detox day!
Breakfast - Fruit smoothie
Lunch - Homemade soup - Carrot, coriander, ginger and honey!
Dinner - Small portion of fresh pasta with pesto and salad.
Plus one apple and about 9 pints of water!
I know we shouldn't have had the pasta for dinner, but we both get short tempered if we get too hungry, me especially!
I actually felt pretty good, and my lovely wife lost half a stone ( ) so can't be all bad. I've just got to try not to pig out today.... :?Proved by testing to be faster than a badger.
