bedding in new aztec brake pads

Hi,
I have just bought a set of aztec brake pads for my m525 hydraulic brakes. I uaually buy ebc but could not get them so have tried these.

My question is when bedding them in, Do i ride and keep slamming on or is there a better way.

    Wipe the rotors with the alcoholic wipe that probably came with it, and leave it for an hour or so before pulling the brakes. Also if you know how to take out the seals in the caliper and give them a good clean up, then do that. Just dont get anything on the pads.
