Whenever a Brompton rider needs slapping down (particularly one who has the chutzpah to don garish lycra), Peejay's your man.

I daren't imagine how you'd respond if a Strida stick folder took you at the lights.

absolutely - can't have the little postmodern blighters getting ideas above their station. next thing you know they'll be quoting lyotard and comparing the act of riding a brompton as the cycling equivalent of the search for truth, all as some form of insane justification for riding their vile machines.

what in the name of god on a brompton is a "strider sick folder"?

nice moulton by the way - the folder it's ok to surreptitiously admire.

i have seen one of those stridas lurking in the back pages of the arcades project. they're quite possibly the most revolting thing i have ever had the misfortune to have seen. possibly apart from this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/peejay76/111305282/
but pretty disgusting nonetheless. great link too.
