CAICO Pro - New promising team???

More info please!
Thank you for all the emails sent to our office. We are also trying to find out more about this "new" team. All we know about Caico so far is that the different magazines and website refer to them as the "Colombians" but they are really from Puerto Rico (USA). Their coach is the one from Colombia and the Team does have reinforcements from Colombia. But the group is a USA team based in Puerto Rico. They have been competing in many UCI events with awesome success for a few years now. They have included US races in their calendar with a great debut at the Tour of Virginia where they surprised every one including the top Pro teams. Caico dominated and controlled the race from the start. Their real "checkmate" move came when they hit the mountains where they separated themselves from the competition. Yes there were a few moves to bring them back but these guys are seasoned fast climbers. Some people in the crowd commented... "that Caico guy climbs like a goat, launching away at will.." , well and these comments were not uncommon. We are still trying to find out more about them since apparently, even when they are well managed by Agustin Font, one of the Pros, they do not have a website yet.
