What a performance by Mark Cavendish, in his debut season remember, to win this race ahead of the likes of McEwen, Steegmans, Brown, Cooke et al.

Well done that man and here's hoping it's the first of many wins as a pro.

    Looks promising, Steemans whined about his "chain jumped, so I couldn't win". Got his ass handed to him in other words!
