Shimano disc calipers

I've got a set of Shimano Deore 535 brakes. I want to change them from 160mm rotors to 203/ 180.
Which adaptors do I need (Rockshox IS forks.) to replace the existing converters and run larger discs?

the current front one when moved to the rear will be good for a 180mm disc
and front IS to..... what ever you want on the front.
