SPECIALIZED TRIAD SHOCK PROBLEMS

I bought a Specialized Stumpjumper fsr expert 06 at the begining of this year after reading lots of reviews and magazine articles. The bike is great when everything is working but the triad rear shock stuck down the very first time I rode the bike(I only got 3 miles) The shock was repaired or replaced by Specialized but it let me down again after about 300 miles on the clock. This time oil leaking out of the adjuster lever and no adjustment possible.
I've been in touch with the shop about the problem but I've heard nothing back from them or Specialized.
I've been riding mountain bikes for about 18 years and have never had such a let down from a bike component in all this time.
Has anyone else had problems with this shock? The shock looses about 15psi pressure over about 30 miles at present - I can't beleve this is normal!

I did my RP3 three times last year, but great service from my LBS (Noah's lent me a shock) and it was returned to Mojo's. Get it sorted on warranty
Good luck0 -
I've had it repaired on warranty twice!!
I don't think it should be breaking in the first place. Specialized and Fox should provide something that works rather than something that continually lets you down.
One of the guys i ride with also has a rp3 shock which has been back 4 or 5 times for repair. I think I'm right in saying the Triad shock is a variation of the RP3.0
