Aire Valley woodlands - Yorkshire

Just got back into this since the autum last year, discovering new traxs etc, found this one,by a buds in West Yorkshire, its a novice to semi-pros route thru the Aire valley woodlands at Apperly Bridge ,on the Leeds/Bradford boundry.
Thers's plenty of exellent real ale places too for thet evening to relax, & slob!![:p]
The course is over approx 10/15 mile round trip, with any distance ya want upto a small route around Emmerdale ,(approx 4/5 mile) flat on the Canal to where ever(saltaire/silsden/skipton/Gargrave), if you wish, or dive in the niiiiiice sloppy stuff [:D]through the woodlands at Appleybridge to Horseforth or in the opposite direction to Shipley/ otley (i think),or where ever, (dunno really) on the cycle/horse traxs..
