Which fork oil when servicing?

I want to replace the oil in my maverick duc32 forks and i know from the manual that i have to use 5wt oil,but is all 5wt fork oil the same or is there a specific type for mtb forks? Thought i'd ask on here as the manual isn't very clear, plus i've got someone to blame if it all goes pear! [;)]

MTB oils should not contain swelling agents like some MC fork oils.

so pop down to you LBS and ask for some 5wt fork oil. yes any will do.

Thanks Nick but i've already asked at the lbs and they don't stock any (bit rubbish) so i'm gonna get some off of the net. Any brands recommended? Also where can i get the lube/oil for my RP23 shock?

oil for the RP23 from Mojo.
