i'll ask a few friend s then let you know,have you done the beginners one?if so was it good,think i'm made of glas at the moment and can't get out of it which is making me make mistakes and compounding the problem.

erm, i have the beginners one on the sat, which i am confident i dont need it, but then i have the intermediate one on the sunday, which again i dont think i need but am off to the alps at the end of qugust and i just want to polish up, there is always something you dont know.

just checked the calender and i'm working weekends all august so don't think it will work out but thanks for the offer anyway its much appreciated,if i do the beginners course in the next few weeks i will let you know how it is,just need some new bits first,drive train a bit ropey and them cacky fox forks need a service but might just get some new ones as the steerer's too short for a handjob and it will be a waste of money

Well am around on monday the 13th if your there. i will measure my steerer later and tell you the size you need then you can add stem spacers above your stem.

what size is yours, im getting a 19.5 which i think is 133mm,17.5 should be 120mm

oh ok should be ok, i am 6 3 with similar inside leg, well i am around in bolton over that weekend, even if you can come for a ride you might aswell swing a leg over it, they are quite rare, which is good, but not so good if you want to test ride it.

thats the problem i've been finding,i don't want a common bike and was going to go full suss frame but getting a test is a nightmare,then when i thought about it i quite like my hard tail just would like some more comfort and if i'm honest with myself i'm never going to push a full suss as far as i should to justify it and the ones i have had a test on didn't inspire me so anyway i really appreciate the offer and if i can get up there somehow i will let you know nearer the time
