Just out of interest, how many of you who have done Inners, can do the whole of Plora Craig without putting a foot down? Is it actually possible [?]
I had a dream that I cleared it last night!! Woke up and laughed at myself![:)]

what the [:o] for i can't drive so no way of going up that way [:(] well i may be lying a bit i might have been there when i was small but i haven't been there to do anything decent and a can't remember going there [:(]

Thats me got two targets for Tuesday night now - that third jump and not dab my foot.....think I should probably stick to just trying to make the third jump, that rock garden at the end of Plora Craig almost always catches me out, normally at the second bit[:(]

My best attempt involved dabbing twice. First was at that tight double switchback about the middle somewhere, and second was at the rock garden.

I almost made the whole lot a couple months back, but had to stop just before the rock garden after realising that funny knocking noise was the back wheel loose!

I have done most of it without dabbing, including the two black sections that can be bypassed.
The hardest bit IMO is the s-bend. Obviously you can go straight through the middle, but the "Proper" way would be to complete the switchbacks.

It would be very difficult in wet weather like on Saturday.

Doesn't make much difference. My best attempt was in the wet.
As the rocks aren't that polished, the wetness is more a psychological problem, than an actual physical one.

Thw s-bend is tricky, but doable.
There used to be a bit that involved rolling over a stone after a slight right hand bend, keeping the front wheel to the left of two stones that formed a groove, and then letting the rear wheel slide sideways into the groove. Get it wrong, and you'd be off the bike either over the bars, or onto your side. I think a new line has formed around the side of it now though.

Yeah, Saturday was only the second time I'd tried Plora Craig. As it was so wet, I wanted to miss it out altogether but Dave persuaded me to give it a go and I'm glad I did as I got a lot further than last time and was pretty impressed with myself. The rock garden just makes me laugh though!!! To me it's just like the trail ENDS at the start of it![:D]
