Ive got a second hand saracen rush with zocchi mx comp air forks. I think they are quite an old model and I need to know how to set them up. There is a schraeder valve cap on the top of each fork leg and a dome nut on the bottom of each leg. How much air do I put in each leg and do the dome nuts do anything other than hold the forks together. How do I adjust compression and rebound. Been on zocchi website it doesnt cover these forks.[:o)]

dome nut hold them together, add air untill your sag is about 20-25%
marz's site dose have them. please provide pics of the fork so we can age them. the lowers side and back views.

I`ve got 2006 MX comps. I use a shock pump to c. 50 psi (I`m about 13 stone by the way), then gradually reduce a touch of pressure of each leg until I get 25-30% sag. I`ve taken some oil out of each leg as I couldnt get full travel.
My forks have no compression damping adjustment and the rebound is set by the external adjuster when the fork has no air in - but I`ve left it set at the factory setting as it seems ok.
