I just bought a can of this stuff for my cables and on teh back it says can be used cable and chains. Is this right or do i want some wet lube as well?

Its like GT85. So yes, use a wet lube.

It also smeels like celery, I prefer GT85, women love it.

I use Finish Line Wet. But is it OK in the Summer, when/if its dry and dusty?

Duane, the key is to not use too much of it. Wipe the chain with a cloth after application.
