the pad position dial dosnt seem to be workin. (mabey this suggests that there isnt enough brake fluid.) and i cant seem to work out how to adjust the reach adjust screw.

New brake needed? Might be a lie? Are they trust-worthy or ba*****s that are trying to make you cough up some money. Try bleeding the brakes first. Did you get a free bleed kit?

i think they may be trying to make me cough up some money. alot of people say that they are only to be trusted with reasnobly simple jobs. i did not get a bleed kit with the bike but i should be able to get my hands on all the stuff needed for bleeding pretty easily.

You are meant to get a free bleed kit with the MPH3 brakes.

There are downloadable manuals on the web for this brake, with good service diagrams.
