PrepM for fox shocks

Hi everybody
Does anyone know if Manitou Prep M is OK for lubricating the internals of my new fox shock and forks when I service them. I have a few tubes in my shed from my old bike.
P.S. Thanks to anyone who replied to my last question of what bike to go for. In the end I tested the Marin but went for the Stumpy, and I love it. Bikes have come a long way in the last 8 years.
