Wyre Forest
Hello
Just wondering where the best routes are in the Wyre forest - I normally go down by the secret rocket testing site or on route 45 - wnone know of any other secret tracks.
Also has anyone tried cycling from Ironbridge to Bewdley along the bank of the river severn - looking at the maps it should be possible cycling along the severnway?

Oh! Simple as that, eh? I had some vague memory of a very tricky riverside route in the locale, either mentioned on here or by one of my long lost mountain bike chums and wondered if this was what was being talked about.0

Its mainly cycling along the river severn from Bewdley to ironbridge - I've done a short stretch from Bewdley to Areley in which you can cycle along both sides, past Trimpley and under Victoria bridge but have never ventured past Areley - according to the tinternet it should be possible to make it all the way to Ironbridge (I think) never attempted it yet. You can also reach Hawkbatch woods from Areley (strictly not allowed to cycle there but oh well)0

Anyone ever ride Kingsford Country Park - it's small I know but you can put together a testing little loop incorporating the downhill track and the slog back up (which will test your ability to get up rock (or in this case wooden) steps!0

About sums it up - quite a good training (cough) loop, if you like that sort of thing, which obviously I dont.0
