Finally...........I'm back

Just been for a physio app following on from my back op 2 months ago, they have finally given me the nod to do some LIGHT riding, initially only on the road and for only 30 mins or so at a time,

BUT

its a big deal for me as I've not done any sort of riding since Sept last year, I'm well chuffed[:D][:D][:D][:D][:D]

He won't answer, he's out riding, he's been told that 30 minutes at a time is okay. So....30 minutes riding - 10 minute break - 30 minutes riding - 10 minute break - 30....
