Continental butyl tubes?
I need some new tubes and I was looking at the conti tubes. The butyl look good because they are seamless so they must be strong? Does anyone use them? if so does the valve have a locknut thread on it?

not sure, but ive been looking at some conti tubes. 100g apiece! or poshbikes have some maxxis ones which are about 120g with special rim tape included.

I've allready got some nice conti rim tape so the maxxis ones don't really interest me that much, I'm not THAT bothered about weight...seeing as it is for the hardrock!

Anyone here used Maxxis Fly weight or Conti Supersonic Butyl tubes. At 100g each thats 70g saving per wheel typically, and loss of rotaional mass too.At œ7 per end thats a pretty cost effective upgrade, but wondering if it will mean more punctures?[?]
