Rs Pike

On my rs pike teh steerer tube has a very small whole at the bottom with threads in it. You can screw a headset top screw into it but i means my headlock won't fit [:(] any ideas what i should do or what its there for?

yeh it probs is for that. DO you recon i could drill another 2-3mm out of the hole? would it weeken it in anyway?

Got a hole like that on my pike 454's. its for a front fender, a la THE front mudguard.

Do not drill it out. SFN or a hed doc type thing.

i think everyone's been pretty good with your (what next qestions) but DUNK FFS.. nick and i typed SFN and your talking about a headlock, what DOES a headlock replace...

Its alright i found a SFN in my spares box [:D] I think i will fit that. As for teh head doc mark i am building it tomoz so it won't get here in time and i think a SFN will fine [ihope it will]
