Chain slipping
I have a carrera fury and the chain keeps slipping whenever I apply power power to the pedals. I have tried replacing the chain but to no avail, same problem. Any idea's what may be causing this problem?
If I need a new cassette and chain ring would you recco a inde bike shop or halfords? Cheers Phil

I'd get a shop to look at it, or read park tools. Could be worn chainrings or cassette, poorly adjusted gears, knackered freehub.

Mine is the same. 2 weeks old and took it out yesterday to Bedgebury. Chain snap 3 times, front drailier bent into front sprocket and knocked a tooth off! (I think that's what you call it all)
Off to Halfords to get it fixed. Apparently it just was not setup!
Any more ideas?0 -
