Bent Giant Trance Mech Hanger.

Hey all.

I've had an interesting day today.
I decided it would be good to crash while going DH fast! Not good for me but worse for my ride.
The crash bent my rear mech hanger, I only discovered it when I shifted up to go into a climb and my mech almost went into my spokes, could of been ugly.....

Any way, any ideas where i could get hold of a new one or should I try to bend it back?

Get a new one mate and a spare!

i straightened my hanger after a bump then next ride took another knock, my mech ended up in my wheel!.......
new chain, new cassette, new mech all for the sake of a œ9 hanger

Mech looks fine to me but if it starts playing up it may be. I got a spare mech hanger with my frame did yyou not?

Gutted my new reign seem to come with everything spare [:D] yeh any giant dealer will sell one for minimal cost.

Just bought one for my Reign. Was the only place i could find it as well. Doesn`t feel as sturdy as the original but its better than not having one
