Try rubbing a small amount of washing up liqiud onto the glasses. Sounds odd but it really does work.
I do it all the time before i go out and it has never let me fog up0 -

Clean them with spit, like you would snorkeling goggles?
What glasses have you got atm? I've not had a problem with my Oakley's (yet).

You can always try the stuff paintball/motocross riders use inside their goggles. Google will throw up loads.

No problems with my M Frames steaming up (standard and vented lenses) when on the move.
TBH most specs will steam up through condensation if you sweat alot and then stop to a stand still.<font color="blue">Roadie</font id="blue">
