Anyone want to come out for a ride at choppas? I have a full complement at work so i will be finishing at normal hour this week.

I've got my nephew down on work experience so he's fancying a ride out aswell.

TBH i didn't enjoy it - sat next to a colleague i had to invite and is a complete bore. Plus only got yo see three hours of cricket.

Doubt im gonna be out for a bit, cracked a rib goin over the bars on the Powerline a week and a bit ago, and its still really painful - so i'll not be out for a bit.

Ouch Rob, not pleasant! Gordon injured his ribs at Glentress a good few weeks ago and is still suffering a little bit. Get well soon mate, we wanna see you out on that bike!!

Hey Carrie/Gordon,

Yer it hurts a lot lol

Gordon: Yeah mate it was perfect the one time ive ridden it hehe After getting it back we went ot chopwell the day after and rode rolla cola and then went to powerline and came off. Till i came off it was silent and felt really good so i think its sorted for now (unless ive broke it when i crashed again lol)

While im out ofd action im organising a new wheel set and a new fork, so it will be back with you soon hopefully for some added extra's [;)]

Getting a coil U-Turn 426 Pike and running it at 100mm till i can afford the Heckler frame

-big improvement from the piss poor dirt jam on it now!

Marzocchi OEM forks are usually just cheap suntours, the Pike is a cracking fork, Gordon has one, as you probably already know

yeah its his fault for putting the idea in my head! Was ging to go with a revelation prior to that, but this is a good excuse to lighten the bike out a bit and get some new rims on it.
