Hydraulic brake always gripping

I have Avid Juicy 3s and the rear brake pads are always gripping the rotor. With the rear wheel off the ground a spin of the pedals and the rear wheel will spin 2 or 3 time before grinding to a halt. Consequently the brake is always partially on. Do i need to bleed the brakes to rectify this or is there a simpler way?

Is the caliper aligned properly? It may just be one pad touching.

Fixed it by loosening the CPS bolts and re-tightening.0
