I'm thinking of a Head set upgrade

will the Chris King that Mr Fozzy bear speaks so highly of fit my 2007 Giant reign?

any other recommendations?

    the standard one is past its best
    i tried some replacement bearings but they didn't fit in the cups
    and its my birthday soon i'm sure the wife will get lots of pleasure in buying me an upgrade...............?

    Well it will work with a adapter,
    no idea how well though and if it
    will wear frame/headset quicker
