Another Brake Question

Having been give œ50 yesterday I need to make a final choice on brakes. How would an XT compare to a Hope mono mini and also how much is a rotor or an upgrade to a 180mm for the shimano.

Other recomendations welcome too

I would say xt are better mainly because they can be used for more things. My mate uses them for DH with 203mm rotors and i know other people who use them for xc with 160mm rotors. They are also cheaper. As for teh upgrade you may not need it but it would be œ5 for each adaptor that œ10 and œ15-20 for each rotor that œ30-40 so œ40-50 in total i would say.
