Hi
Just upgraded to my first full suspension bike, Was wondering how often and what type of lube, to use on my Forks, I have some lub for the chain can I use this?

I just use a dry teflon lube0

What Make?, Plus do you put his all over the fork or just around the seals, Sorry for the questions, but not lubed before!!0 -
Couple of drops on the seal/stanchion area, pump a couple of time, wipe the excess off. Teflon lube, or the fork oil works the best. Not something you need to do much, the seal has an internal lubricator in it.
