Disk Brake Upgrade

Excuse my ignorance but can any bike be adapted for disk brake use and if so can anyone point me in the direction of a how to on the internet.

ok so it might have disc mounts on the rear.
what you need to look for are a disc mount on the frame and the fork. and then have a disc compatable wheel set.
so pics of the rear non drive side drop out area. and make model of fork or pic of the lower area of the left leg....
even if the frame d¢es not have mounts A2Z do adaptors that allow many frames to runn discs.
