measuring steerer length
how do i measure steerer length. ive got a carrera kraken but want to upgrade my forks. im watching some on ebay but i need to see if the steerer will fit my bike.

with a tape measure.
from the fork crown to where the steerer tube finishes. Circa 5mm below the top of the stem.
