Vauxhall Corsa flex-fix bike rack
I've been looking at ditching the Ka for a new style Corsa, and I quite like the look of the flex-fix bike rack (it pulls out from behind the number plate).
Does anyone have one or seen one in use? The Vauxhall website is as good as useless for info and pics, basically I need to know whether it'll take a 2.35 tyre and a monocoque-style frame (04 Enduro), and whether it'll take two of the aforementioned.
Thanks in advance

it is, but it's a necessary evil - if you'd seen the number of dents, scratches and scrapes on the inside of my Ka you'd understand [;)]0

Roof bars & Thule 591 carriers [;)]

I've not seen one, but I know how they work.
Essentially, all the flex-fix system comprises of, is a rear bumper that pulls out to reveal two rails for mounting whatever carriers you'd normally mount on roof rails.
Which means that you've got to put the carrier(s) on every time you want to use them, and take them off when you want to push the whole lot back in. It's not quite as simple as pulling the bumper out to reveal some bike carriers.
Plus you also get the inconvience of having no spare wheel, but instead get a tin of tyre sealant.
When I spoke to the sales rep when I was in getting my car serviced, he admitted that it was a waste of time. A set of roof bars is far cheaper.

Thanks for clearing that up Moray, I was under the impression that it was a full rack (as per the sales pitch online).
The loss of a spare tyre seems to be too much of a sacrifice, especially at a œ500 premium.
