Express delivery

Yesterday I ordered some items from Wiggle. When I came to the delivery options I check Free Delivery, which should see my items arrive in 5 working days.

Instead they came this morning! It couldn't possibly have come any faster than Express. [8D]

Are Wiggle, and possibly other online shops, getting their money from express deliveries when really there isn't any difference between standard?

the express diliverary usually mean it comes before afternoon so free comes in the afternoon. CRC also so the same!!!

The way I see it is that you pay extra to have
your item processed first, if you have free delivery
you will be processed after all the paid for's have
been done

So on a quiet day there is every chance you will get your
item next day anyway , no matter if you pay or not all items
are sent via royal mail of bigger stuff with I think DHL

But if you order more than one item and some of it's out of stock
you will have to wait till it's allready to be shipped with free
delivery, wheres paid for comes bit by bit

Better than Amazon/Ebuyer etc who deliberately don't post
your item for a few days, just to encourage you to pay
extra for them to actually process your order quickly
