I seen something agesssss ago and found out that KFC aren't allowed to call it Kentucky Fried Chicken, because the chickens ain't from kentucky or something stupid like that; they're all suposed to be reatarded chickens and everything!

I used to work for morrisons, one of the reasons i left was the hot chicken counter!!

I used to be a duty manager for safeway and we had strict policy on hot chickens, they should always be above 69 degrees once cooked and put on the counter and not be on the counter for more than 3 hours, also we had to cook them 1 day before they went out of code, allowing them to be always fresh.

At morrisons we had no rules, they cooked chickens on the date code and often past, the chickens sat in the counter in excess of 3 hours and often below the required temp, grease traps where not cleaned regularly and these often overflowed across the floors and back up into the ovens!! and the worst yet when the chickens still were not sold it was not uncommon to have the meat removed cooled and then put on the pizza's they make!!! i was the duty manager responsible for all fresh foods and counters and after 3 months i couldnt put with the t.w.at of a morrisons store manager who enforced this i was told to be quiet and hit my wastage targets so i left!!

I now work at sainsbury and i know the whistleblower program gave them some bad press, but i can confidnently say that sort thing doesnt happy on my departments!!

I allways go in tesco about 8.30pm and there giving them whole
