^nah, it's coil version @ 4.9lbs.

I'd vote MX, or just splash on a REBA SL for œ225 [:P]

Hmm, I think I'll take the Tora (2007 u-turn coil) if they can fit my brake to it, otherwise I'll take the MX. Let chance decide! [:D]

To clip or not to clip, that is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind of men to suffer the dings and contusions of unclipp'd riding, or to bind thy feet against a sea of gnarly singletrack and by these contraptions, ride o'er them with ease. To clip... to slip no more, and by clipping to end the buttache and the thousand natural shocks that ryders are heir to; tis a consummation devoutly to be honed. No clip - to slip perchance to be thrashed most heinously...

I just phoned the shop owner, and he explained me the fork travel isn't that important during descents, but for hits and drops. He said the important thing is that the fork converts kinetical energy into heat well (is it something like a damped oscillator?), therefore minimizing bumps and vibrations. He said I wouldn't feel that big a difference between a 100 and 130mm fork on a descent. Hmm, maybe if I encounter some bigger hits... But then I can jump over them in many occasions.

The Tora with PM adapter will cost me just a bit less than the MX Pro. The MX is lighter (and looks better IMO [:)]). The guy said they both have a similar feel. Currently I think I'll go for the MX, but he said we can talk about it when I come so I can make up my mind.

Hey, the MX has no lockout!

I only need the thing when doing out of the saddle climbs and fast acceleration, so I guess it ain't such a big deal... I don't need LO when pedalling uphill seatedly in low gear.

Is there a chance I'll miss the lockout later?

Hey ho!
I bought the MX pro's, being influenced a lot by Coolnick and this topic! [:)]
I had a bad day today, still haven't had a chance to test them properly, but they sure look lovely. My bike looks so much better now! [:)]

The shop owner said they'll need some 20 hours of riding to bed in. The guys in the shop said they were going to pump them to "heavy" pressure (I'm 90kg with gear), and they pumped it to 4 Bars (I think). What do you think, is that OK? I didn't buy a pump due to current budget cnstraints.

P.s. I bought a SRAM Attack shifter for my rear LX too, now I'm all SRAM in shifting, do it all by thumb, no need to take my finger off the brake anymore! SRAM shifters rock! [:D]
